Or if she's already been sleeping off and on you can just turn them off, some people are nervous about doing that,so you can leave them on 7-8 hrs. if you are more comfortable. I don't feed mine, because they don't wake up, most dragons don't. If the temps. are cooler than usual, they just naturally sleep.
