It seems to me that they can use a lot of different types of things to ensure the address is correct (i.e. phone bills, insurance, etc.) and it would be a lot cheaper for them to do it that way as well.

The site inspection probably depends on the actual person doing it. Some may be very diligent and others lazy (or scared of snakes, etc.) I wouldn't be a bit surprised if some cut the inspection short to allow them their own free time...

I myself would like to get Delta certified and will set it up. After the inspection takes place I will post all about it.

What about fees, ect? How much is it and is it an annual thing? Fees, inspection, ect.?
