Go to myfwc.com and look at the captive wildlife permit section. All crocodilians are now either class I or class II. All caimans are class II except for the the black caiman, which I doubt you are pursuing anyway.

Basically its a $150 per yr permit provided that you live in an area that is acceptable to FWC, can prove you have 1000 hrs practical experience with the species and have two letters of recommendation from people having personal knowedge of your experience.
