We shipped a nile last year from NC to Idaho, via delta dash, with no problems whatsoever. And, what are you talking about caimans not being allowed to be sold state to state? Where did you hear that? There were certainly some import restrictions, but I see them on the show circuit all the time, so I can't imagine those vendors (several of which I know personally) are really gonna risk fines or more severe penalties for what amounts to a small fraction of their animals for sale.
