My Savu python has been off feed for a month now. Suddenly she's way more interested in trying to bite me than she is striking and wrapping a mouse. She doesn't even aim for the prey anymore; it's straight for the hand holding the hemostats! She used to be an easy, powerhouse eater. A few weeks back I got a new, larger viv for her, so maybe some of it is stress from a new enclosure, but this problem started before I switched her over to the new digs, so I'm not really sure what's going on. I've been careful about temps and even added more "furniture" for her to hide in. She's got a nice thick layer of aspen to burrow in as well. I've only handled her once since the move out of necessity because I don't want to add more stress. I've got a mouse baking in with her right now in hopes she'll just take it later tonight while the house is sleeping. No weight loss, so I'm not too worried about that, but it's just so out of character. She's always been feisty, but this is ridiculous! Any ideas are appreciated!
