Po pretty much hit it on the head. Romaine nutrition wise is very low, better than iceberg lettuce but very weak compared to dandelion and collard greens. A variety of greens is the best way to go, same with insects.

As your dragon is 10 years old, you definitely provided sufficient food for it to thrive. Pellets are alright but I prefer they are not a staple...added to other greens etc is probably the best way to use them. now that he's 10, your bearded dragon is fine with occasional superwork, silk or horn worms. Mealworms are not really worth feeding due to their low meat to exoskeleton compared to superworms. Overall diet on a daily basis should only be about 10-20% insects, the rest greens for a fully adult dragon like this.
