Unfortunatly they cannot treat it. It seems to be pretty aggressive. It doesn't affect him much with eating so we didn't decide to treat it at all. The vet thinks he might have maybe a month before it really starts to effect him. It has moved into the bone itself and she is afraid that it will spread, so we will just give him as good of a life as we can until he lets us know that it is enough. He will surely be missed.
