Ever since I saw pictures of Jeff's 3-striped mud hatchlings on here, I've been hooked. I've been reading so much about them and talking to people and decided it's time to add another species to the fold.

I'm going to the NARBC this weekend, and a breeder is bringing me his last hatchling from last year, even though he's just attending the show and not setting up a booth. I'm pretty excited, so excited I set up a temporary tank this afternoon. I set a low water level, added some spag. moss, a basking area, and anacharis and a pine tree branch to give the little girl (if incubation temp proves right) plenty of areas to get relief.

I know this isn't a well-trafficked forum, but those of you that see this and have 3-stripes, share your thoughts on them. I can't get enough right now!
