I have a female beardie, and my friend has a male. We've been arranging to breed them for quite some time, and have just kind of been taking our time getting everything set up. Well, about 2 weeks ago, we introduced the two beardies through the glass to see if they were both ready, since we weren't sure how my female would react. They seemed to really 'want' each other, so we decided to start arranging things to breed. Like I said, we haven't been in a hurry, and now I'm afraid it may be too late. My friend who has the male says he has bred him once before, and his beardie is from a good line (not pet store bought). So I would assume he would know when it's 'too late' but here it goes. Tika, my beardie has started showing signs of eggs in her belly. My and my dad think it's too late to mate now, but my friend seems to think if we get them together tomorrow that we should still have plenty of time. Help? And if it is too late, when could we try again?
