Hi,

I've had my beardie for a few months now. When I got her she had a dark/black spot on her back which the vet told me is probably a scar and would go away with age as she sheds. The spot has not turned to a large dar/black skin patch. It seems to mostly go away when the skin is shed, but returns and spreads out soon after every time. The skin seems the be the first to shed and always looks discolored and dead. Where the patch spreads to her belly, it seems to be a discolored yellow shade. Is this bacterial or fungal? Any help would be appreciated.
