I have now completely moved away from lighting and using cages that I just push out on the patio near the Mountain Laurel Tree and works great. I have experimented with cages and this design is very awesome because they do get direct sun on half the cage, the screen is a special animal proof screen that is vinyl coated and heavy, it has some sun blocking to it and the lizards just seem to do very well with this design. This cage will house my reticulated colalred lizards until the end of the year, at which time they will go back to Parks or a Zoo...
