Yes, DO give them time. They're needing to adjust to warming up and getting back to full functioning. Have they even began eating yet? This typically does not happen only after a week of slowly warming up. My recommendation is to offer the first couple meals of a SMALL prey item, as their digestive system has been down presumably for at least a couple months. Lastly, keep the males at room temperature...keeping them too warm post-brumation may compromise the production of viable sperm.
