Protocol for non elapid snakes in the U.S. is crofab F.D.A. approved is not as reliable as many other anti venoms I would be more comfortable with the jumping viper that in many cases do not require antivenom rather than a native snake possibly more toxic in order to be able to use the F.D.A. product.Worst case the Crofab could be used on the jumping viper bite.
