I have 2 redfooted tortoises, both been kept for over 9 years, and no issues with health. One has been moaning, making a growling noise which I dont think is their normal noise, as far as mateing calls ( barking, quacking)

What is this a sign of ? Other than this I do not see any other issues. They live in a green house, 65 -70at night( cold nights), 80 during the day with a 100 wt basking spot that reaches over 100 that is also on 24-7.They also have access to muddy location, and a pond for soaking which the water is 70 F.

Btw both appear to be female, and I have never seen mateing between the 2.
