Hi,

I recently acquired a grown dragon 1.5 to 2 years old.
I've offered him crickets, green mixed leafy salad (dandelion, collared, mustard, and turnip greens) with a little carrot and thawed frozen green peas, and sometimes cut up prickly pear with a little shredded apple (no skins). The dragon seems uninterested in the crickets (eats just a few) but devours the veggies and fruit. I dust the veggies with calcium and Vit. D.

Is this diet ok for the dragon?
The dragon seems healthy, is active, and alert (poops ok too).

I had a baby bearded years ago and all it ate was crickets but this guy seems mostly vegetarian.
It's fine with me if he doesn't want (or need?) much in terms of live food but does anyone know if they can do well long term with this mostly vegetarian diet?

Thanks.
