since i just recently received my interstate commerce permit for eastern indigos, here are some tips. mail the application to atlanta, ga and not the other locations. from there they send it to wildlife biologist cameron shaw in the florida office (don't ask why, i have no idea). he approves/disapproves it and it gets sent back to the atlanta office to be mailed out to the applicant. when they cash your check, you have a good idea they received it. if you are missing items cameron shaw will contact you as to what is missing. rather painless but bizarre process. not helping in the inbreeding of this species as it discourages people to buy animals across state lines therefore, promoting inbreeding which is counterintuitive. just my two cents.
