Manouria e.phayrei the black mt.tortoise can handle cooler temps.and have been bred in Seattle by Jerry Novack. He has indoor and outdoor enclosures. They could be transfered in and out easly for the first 10 yrs. After that they could weigh 30-40 lbs. Captive born emys are easy going about being moved in and out with little stress. Maybe you can find Jerry and talk about it. I dont think the Russians could handle your humidity. Redfoots maybe, but mostly inside. Good luck. Vic.....pic caption 40F over night, if its sunny the next day no problemo!
