I have an 10-11ft scrub that I currently have housed in a large arboreal cage. Well I have a monitor that really needs a larger cage, so I was thinking of moving the scrub to a long vision cage. I was wondering if anyone had any experience in keeping scrub pythons in a terrestrial setup. I dont know the exact dementions of the vision off the top of my head but it is definitely big enough, but its only a little over a foot tall.

I breed mostly amazon tree boas so my gut feeling tells me not to keep an arboreal snake in a terrestrial cage. However I have seen several people keeping scrubs in large rack style caging with no problem. It would make my life a lot easier if I could move it into the vision, but I didn't want to do anything to jeopardize the health or well being of the animal. any info or thought would be greatly appreciated.
