Blue tongue had this develop across lower abdomen. Known causes?

She has since passed after fourteen years but lived in various substrates, most often newspaper. Her diet was mostly crickets (live and canned) with additional fruit and meat sources always with Rep-Cal calcium and multivitamins. This Xmas finally offered frozen pinkies which she loved as well for about the first three but then stopped eating them if offered.

When this materialized I thought she had a nasty abrasion from a bark hide-box and suspected it would go away after a shed or two if I removed some interior objects as her behavior/vigor never changed until about a week or two ago; I noticed she was hiding more than usual at "sun up"and went off her food.

Thank you for any similar experiences that may provide information.
