Well...

I walk in the door today from work and sitting on the table is a new aquarium and some starter items for a new snake, but best of all the best part was in the tank as a new Coastal Carpet Python. I have been going back and forth about this for awhile and she pulled the trigger for me today. He/She not sure yet is about 24" long and very young but he/she is beautiful. I have been around a few adults and loved their docile manner, broad-head and markings. Now I won't lie the young ones can be a bit nippy (but painless) but everyone tells me they out grow this with calm handling and with some age.

Anyone out there with any comments, tips etc about Carpet Pythons I am all ears and diving into the research now, temps, humidity, habitat and all that...

Baby, I love you and THANK YOU so much!!

Eric in Florida!!
