For the last 2 meals, my difficult little male albino burm who was giving me problems eating anything but live or prekilled prey has taken frozen thawed heated rats without complaint.

The first time, (about 2 weeks ago) he sat with it for about an hour after constricting it, and I was pretty sure he wasn't going to eat it, but he finally did...The second time, (yesterday) he took the heated rat off tongs right away, and then after constricting ate it immediately.

Thanks everyone who commented & provided helpful suggestions & information when I asked about this issue back in January - hopefully its smooth sailing on frozen thawed prey from here on out. (I waited for 2 successful meals before posting, as I wasn't sure if the first time might have just been a fluke.)
