Separate the smaller female from the older female and males. Being the smallest in the group she can be stressed out by not only a horny adult male but the adult female. Best to keep her separate till she is 35g or more.

The smaller male should be in a cage all his own till you have a breedable female for him...Do not house him in with other males at any point either. Males will fight and in the confines of a small cage, often it can be deadly.

Minimum size to breed females is 35g.
