I've had lizards who didn't like dusted crickets. In some cases it turned out that they didn't like the calcium I was using and others just didn't like it no matter what. You can use phoenix worms as a calcium supplement as long as they are fed as 1 meal a day. You can try a liquid calcium supplement as well but be careful not to overdose the calcium.
