Now I know if it breeding season for most snakes but he acts hungry comes out as he is looking for food when I approach the tank but when food is offered he ignores it. So far he has refused salmon and earthworms which he normally consumes with gusto! Is the simply a breeding season issue? He was a rescue so I don't have much experience with garters.
