Tom, There are a few ways to ensure captive born greens, and one is to choose a breeder that you know has a breeding group of greens and is known to be a conscience and reliable person. The one thing you should also ask for from the breeder are photos of his adults breeding and also photos of the birth of the young, or just after the birth before the clean-up. True breeding and birth of green anacondas in captivity is extremely rare, and anyone that is actually successful with this is going to have photos. I would be highly suspect of the claim of true captive bred greens without the photographic evidence. This is mainly because occasionally a gravid, wild caught green is captured and kept until the young are born. These are usually listed by the seller as captive born. This may be technically true, but it is not in line with the definition most people are looking for. Photographic evidence of copulation is still your best bet.
