personally, if they are fully thawed, I would toss..especially if they are not icy cold. Some species of snakes may eat carrion but not all are able to without risk of regurgitation or other issues.

If they are partially frozen then they probably can be frozen again..but I would use them up asap, within a couple months anyway.
