In my experience, a younger 12 ft. female will typically drop between 25 and 30 eggs for a first clutch. It is best to wait until burmese are at least 3 years of age before breeding, regardless of length. I had an 8 year old female I acquired in a trade many years ago that was 12.5 feet and she dropped 42 fertile eggs that all hatched except two. The interesting thing was that all the eggs were about 75% normal size.
