I tested the bulb in another unit and it works fine. Could this be a bad starter, and where the HECK is the starter on this type of light fixture? On regular fish lights, it's obvious where it is and I know you just push and unscrew it. On the Zilla (formerly ESU) light, I don't see any starter.
