Nice babies! Congrats! Welcome to the addiction. You seem to be a very proud owner by the pics. I know you're gonna enjoy them. Be extra careful with your vicious babies. They hiss, huff, puff, lunge, n try to bite like crazy. Unlike hognose or some other herps they mean business. Most of my adults have mellowed out but I 've been chased out my lizard room by one of my big males before.

Fyi friend I keep my lizards in 66qt sterlite boxes with the hinged locking lids I buy at Walmart....Their footprints roughly 2ftX3.5ft. Keep the back about 86f for `12 hours a day with flexwatt n keep big water dishes with um all the time. Big thing I noticed about a beaded much much different than a gila is their metabolism is much higher. A beaded the same size as a gila on average can eat more than twice as much. When my beadeds are growing up,they are bottomless pits but my gilas can eat a mouse a week an still be very meaty. I've seen a lot of beadeds out there not getting enough grub even from people who think they are the "world's greatest" at the hobbie. With just two you'll have no problem letting them pound and before ya know it have two lil'godzillas on your hands....

Peace

Dennis
