Not sure what you mean by city birds vs wild birds, they all live in the city and they are not in a cage so WTF. All of them cary parasites as well as some city grime. Your idea is also completely illegal. And it gives snakes and snake people a bad name. Many people are not even comfortable with snakes in public, let alone snakes feeding on wildlife in public! Despite your Elmer Fudd powers of secrecy, you can't control where the public goes in the park.

And how do you plan on doing this? Are you going to catch the bird and feed it to your snake or do you think your snake is going to catch it. Either way... good luck HAHAHAHA.

This is such a dumb idea I am still not convinced this isn't a joke. If it isn't it just makes me sad.
