Exciting times. This albino leucistic emerged from the egg on Friday, 6/3/11. He's a first in the US, and 2nd in the world. Interesting enough, there was NO in-line breeding to produce this specimen. One grandfather is one of the original Platinum line of Hypos, and the other is from the most recently emerged Hypo line. Not a single offspring in the clutch had any malformations/defects, so moral on genetic integrity is at a high.
