Hi all, I came home last night to find a single baby Kenyan Sand Boa in with my adults. I had a feeling she was gravid but I was under the impression that they didnt give birth until late summer/early fall so I hadnt been monitoring them very well.

Just one baby? This is her first time breeding and she is not terribly large. Do they eat the young if you leave them in there with them? For all I know she might have given birth days ago...

I removed the male and the baby. Do you think she will have more or is that it? This is my first time with live bearers so am a little clueless. I have experience with corns and balls and lizard eggs but this is totally new to me.

Thanks for any advice.
Carole
