Mouse Food/ Breeding Questions

Anyone know where to get some cheap rodent pellets/blocks?
I have been using pur i na dog food and it seems to be working great. Most of my females are having at least 12 babys. Even on there first round of babys. A fifty pound bag is only 20 dollars at the big stores. Substrate used is aspen from large pet chain 12 dollars. Any better deals or thoughts
