Toss the eggs away, or flush them, since they will be infertile. Give your dragon plenty of water, laying eggs is thirsty work.

You can gently palpitate her to see if she has anymore eggs in her but infertile eggs aren't easy to feel. Provide a proper egg nesting box, if she still is digging, though 20 eggs is a good clutch size... Make sure she gets plenty of calcium rich greens, and maybe give her some extra insects...She may lay more eggs in 3-5 weeks, so watch for signs of wanting to lay eggs again in a few weeks.

I don't think a vet visit is needed, not unless she starts showing any signs of stress or refuses food etc.
