I'm afraid that you probably aren't going to get too much info asking publicly. Unless you know any of the localityrosy guys personally, you're probably not going to get much... but I'll try to point you in the right direction.

I run a project that hosts a collection of locality rosy boa images from all across their range (link below). These are contributed by various rosy boa enthusiasts, and we currently have over 700 images.

You might consider going through the images for Arizona, and noting the locality names. You can then look at them on a map/satellite, and look for suitable habitat in that area.

If you've herped south eastern AZ then you probably know that herpers are very protective about what information they give out... especially in AZ.
