They do not do well in areas or setups of moderately-high to high humidity. Even water dishes should be in the cage only a few days at a time if the cage does not have lots of ventilation.

They need a basking temp that reach at the very least 82 deg during the day, but 84-88 is better. Can be a small strip of heat. They are very efficient at absorbing heat. CHEs work very well.

They need to be able to hide.

Don't handle them at all after feeding, for around 3 days.

Don't provide water after feeding, for at least 2-3 days. It is just good insurance. If they drink after they eat there is a possibility of regurge. Its not a sure thing, but it can happen under some conditions so may as well avoid it.

Don't treat them like a kingsnake. Kings like moisture and low ventilation. Rosies like dry and well-ventilated enclosures.

Feed them when they are hungry, don't sweat it when they aren't. Don't "power feed" them, but don't starve them either. Some individuals will eat voraciously at certain times of the year and then refuse food at others. No problem. You can feed them when hungry.

If you follow the above then they are bullet-proof. Pretty easy formula. They can go bad when you don't follow it. Not all, but some do.
