I just realized you are the same guy that I replied to down below. The areas that I stated for the rosies are a lot lower than prescott in elevation and should be able to be observed at that time of year although its not optimal timing.


The key to being successful is knowing the means in which you have to use to observe them. Certain times Flipping is optimal and certain times you have to rely on finding them out and about.
