Is there any other explanation? I don't see what the use of waiting for a dna test is. Maybe I didn't read your original post well enough, but seems to me if that snake was introduced to a different male, then that snake would most likely be the father. Did that female breed last year. If the answers to these questions are no, then why even do a dna test?
