The one time i ended up with mites (on my amel ruthveni) which really ticked me off pretty bad. I used seven-dust by recommendation of an old herper friend of mine... Took care of them quickly.

I got a clean tub, no bedding at all and poured a little seven-dust in my hand and blew it into the tub. I let it settle for about 15 minutes then put a bigger than normal water dish in there with her. She would mostly soak (even before i started treating her) in the water and i would notice the mites floating in the water. I changed the water every few hours and before i knew it the mites were gone.
