Where do you live? Have you had the ability to "cycle" them? I live in Vegas and am just now able to adequately cool my snake room to begin. For this week they're being dropped into the high 60s with a DTH of 75F. They will continue to be dropped gradually to the point where they actually get into the high 50s with the DTH only reaching 72F. The lights have been switched as well for a longer night/shorter day......with only 8 hours of "daylight". The "warm" temps are only reached during the day. I started shortening the days 3 weeks ago prior to temperature modification.

I won't introduce the male for 3-4 weeks into the regimen. I'm breeding Mad. Ground Boas but I cycle my Sanzinia groups exactly the same way. You'll probably get copulations without cycling but the fertility of the male and the actual ovulation of the female without it is dicey at best.
