I admit it was stupid but I felt comfortable with him not biting me. He actually would come out of the cage and climb up to me. I could put my fingers all over his mouth and face and he wouldn't bite. That being said I sure I am not the only person who lays out on the couch with their monitor. The asain water monitor I got made me rethink parasites and such, thats why I was asking about self admistering some dewormer and such to a baby as all the vets around my area won't mess with reptiles. I was also venting because there are SO MANY companies out there saying their monitors are CBB and I am sure 99% of them are lying. I never felt good about imports but for the most part unless I am paying thousands of dollars I am going to have to get a farmed baby at best. I actually wanted a Nile in the start but this is a project I was working with my girlfriend and she is just starting off on reptiles in the last year or so. This time around I am getting what I want and she is just gonna have to deal. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
