im thinking of replacing the bottom of my tank with a board (its cracked all over), and i was wondering if rust-oleum is safe to use as a water-proof sealent, i was gonna use the "crystal clear acrylic" i think its called, anyway, does it give off fumes after it driess? i want krylon but nobody caries it around here
