I listened to several shows on WI Public Radio last week in which legislators discussed this issue and stated that they are planning to draft legislation.

Oh, and yes, reptiles are included. One of the legislators mentioned the huge problem of escaped boa constrictors as being one of the problems that needs to be brought under control.
