Which Lizard..oh which lizard.???

Hi,
I stumbled upon a 90 gallon AGA and Oak stand...Now that its cleaned up I am wanting to invest in some lizards or lizard.
I have had day geckos and dwarf monitors (ackies) in the past.
I am really interested in small monitors, blue tegus, BT skinks ,
Uro's and collared lizards.
Out of that list which would be suitable for the 90 gallon tank?
Any thoughts and or suggestions are appreciated!
