This is looking like a really neat event. It probably goes without saying but with an event of this potential size there should be some sort of announcement about behavior, ie no littering, don't trash hotel rooms, no drunk in public, etc.

If we "take only snakes leave only cash" we could really endear ourselves to this small town and it could change the way locals view us for the better and that attitude could spread to other towns.
