There's no such thing as an albino Sinaloan.

As far as feeding it really doesn't matter if you feed live or pre-killed, as long as the food is of the appropriate size. It also does not matter if you feed the snake in it's cage or take it out and put it in a feeding container - as long as the snake eats.

You milk snakes are often not fond of being handled and if your snake is not feeding regularly, then you should not be handling it recreationally. It is more important to get the snake settled and in an eating routine - they'll be time for handling it after that.
