Yes, these drugs are safe if the animal is hydrated and if dose is given correctly. But it's quite easy to make a mess with calculations.

I have to warn you that Flagyl Panacur will control many kinds of parasites and even bacteria, but very far from cleaning everything. It is a good profilatic protocol for WCs thou, as it will "wash out" the bulk of the parasites.
