Farm hatched is a another way of saying Wild Caught. No one farms them as you would never turn a profit. Even so, to echo what has already been said, if the animal is growing and progressing ok I would not treat it. I am pretty leery about meds like that when administered by a vet much less a keeper without any experience. It would be one thing if it was showing clear signs of a heavy parasite load but, it doesn't sound like that is the case.
