From its overt signs, its got a calicum problem. from not having high enough temps. Thats my guess and I am sticking to it. Oh until some better FACTS come our way.
In any case, a Vet is needed, then better husbandry.
And please indicus onwer, we all are responsible for our captives, if something goes wrong, then its always our fault and we need to improve our husbandry. So don't take it personal.
Also, anything over the internet is and only can be a guess, to actually do something of benefit, the monitor must be examined and the keeper questioned. Thats why a vet is a necessity. Good luck
