I contacted a breeder of Dodoma's who essentially said the same thing. He shows Dodoma traits but came from an anery mother which rules out any chance he'd be Dodoma as they can only reproduce that pattern from others. He's still gorgeous in my opinion and has a wonderful personality. Even if he is "normal". But thank you. At least now I know.
